Cancellation & Refund Policy – Dhvanikaar

At Dhvanikaar, we are committed to delivering high-quality, CSR-backed music education through our 6-month certification program. To ensure the integrity and sustainability of our initiative, the following Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all applicants.

1. Cancellation by Applicant

1.1. Once the application fee of ₹199 is paid, the registration is considered confirmed.
1.2. No cancellations will be accepted after payment, except in cases of duplicate transactions (see Section 4).
1.3. If a participant chooses not to proceed with the program after making payment, the fee will remain non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. The ₹199 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances

• Non-selection due to eligibility criteria

• Inability to attend or complete the course

• Technical issues at the participant’s end

• Disciplinary termination from the program

2.2. This fee covers administrative expenses, processing costs, and ensures serious participation in the program.

3. Non-Transferability

3.1. The application fee is non-transferable to another person, batch, or future program.
3.2. No fee adjustments will be made for absences, dropouts, or rescheduling requests.

4. Duplicate Transactions & Payment Errors

4.1. In the event of a duplicate payment caused by a technical or payment gateway error, applicants must notify us at dhvanikaar@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment.
4.2. Upon verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4.3. Dhvanikaar is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries.

5. Cancellation by Dhvanikaar

5.1. In rare cases where Dhvanikaar must cancel a program or an applicant’s participation for operational or CSR-related reasons, a full refund of the application fee may be issued at our sole discretion.
5.2. Such refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
