Instructions to Candidates for Dhvanikaar Eligibility Test

Gain hands-on experience in event planning, production management, budgeting, logistics, stage setup, media integration, PR, and large-scale event execution.

Step 1: Login and Profile Creation


1. Create Your Account:
  • Provide your Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Address, and Contact Details.
  • Ensure all details are accurate, as they will be used for future communication.

 

2. Login Confirmation:
  • After submitting your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS. Use the provided credentials to log in and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Pay the Eligibility Test Fee


1. Nominal Fee:
  • A minimal fee of ₹199 is required to appear for the eligibility test.
  • This fee ensures serious participation and contributes to the logistics of conducting the selection process.

 

2. Secure Payment Gateway:
  • Complete the payment through our secure online payment system. Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
  • Once payment is successful, you’ll be redirected to the eligibility test page.

Step 3: Attempt the Eligibility Test

 
1. Objective of the Test:

The eligibility test is designed to assess your interest, creativity, and appetite for Creative career. Don’t worry—it’s not about technical expertise but your passion and potential for music.

2. Test Format:

Multiple-choice questions (MCQs): Based on basic concepts of music, creativity, and problem-solving.
Short descriptive questions: Share your thoughts about music, what inspires you, and why you want to join the Rhymicon program.

3. Optional Submission:o Showcase Your Talent:

You can share an audio or video clip of your work. This is optional but highly recommended.
Upload your file in formats like MP3, MP4, or WAV (maximum size: 50MB).

4. Create with Beats:

If you don’t have original work, don’t worry! Download one of the beats provided in the Download Section on the eligibility test form. Use it to create something unique and share your creativity with us.

Step 4: Screening and Next Steps

 
1. Profile Screening:

Once you’ve completed the eligibility test, your profile, responses, and (if applicable) uploaded work will be reviewed by our team of mentors and industry professionals.

2. Shortlisting:

Candidates who demonstrate the required interest, passion, and potential will be shortlisted for the next round.
Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation for a Personal Interview (PI) at our studio premises.

3. Personal Interview (PI):

The PI will focus on understanding your aspirations, creative vision, and alignment with the Dhvanikaar program.
Ensure you bring any additional work or projects to showcase during the interview (optional).

  • Be Honest and Creative: The test is designed to evaluate your passion for music, so focus on expressing your genuine thoughts and creativity.
  • Payment is Non-Refundable: The ₹199 test fee is non-refundable, even if you do not qualify for the next stage.

Eligibility

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Individuals under the age of 18 may participate in programs only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Registration and Enrollment

Enrollment in any Dhvanikaar program is subject to availability and confirmation. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee admission into a course, workshop, or event.

Dhvanikaar reserves the right to accept, reject, postpone, or cancel registrations at its discretion.

Program Participation

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during all training sessions, workshops, events, studio activities, and online interactions.

Dhvanikaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund if a participant engages in disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.

Fees and Payments

Program fees, where applicable, must be paid according to the payment terms communicated during registration.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Dhvanikaar is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment systems.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the specific program, workshop, event, or training session.

Dhvanikaar reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule programs due to operational, technical, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Dhvanikaar website and during training programs, including text, graphics, videos, course materials, presentations, branding, logos, and other resources, remains the property of Dhvanikaar, Rhymicon, or respective content owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

User Content

Participants may submit assignments, portfolios, creative projects, recordings, designs, or other materials during programs.

By submitting such content, participants confirm that they own the necessary rights to the material and grant Dhvanikaar a limited right to review, evaluate, and showcase such work for educational or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording

Workshops, training sessions, studio activities, performances, and events may be photographed, recorded, or filmed for educational, promotional, documentation, and marketing purposes.

By participating in Dhvanikaar activities, participants consent to the use of such recordings, photographs, and media content on official websites, social media channels, promotional materials, and related platforms unless otherwise requested in writing.
