Your use of the Platform and its services is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, along with any policies referenced herein.

1. Program Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1. The Dhvanikaar 3-Month Music Education Program is run under Pranidhaan Foundation and is open to individuals aged 16-24 years.
1.2. Enrollment requires successful registration, completion of the assessment, and submission of a sample work.
1.3. Selection is at the sole discretion of Pranidhaan Foundation and is final and non-negotiable.

2. Application Fee & Payment Terms

2.1. The application fee is ₹99, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. The fee is a one-time payment required to process the application. There are no additional charges for the program.
2.3. Payment can be made through Razorpay, PhonePe, or other authorized payment gateways integrated into the Platform.
2.4. In case of a duplicate payment, users must notify dhvanikaar@gmail.com within 48 hours for resolution.

3. No Refund Policy

🚫 No Refunds – The ₹99 application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason (including withdrawal, non-selection, missed sessions, or technical issues).

4. Participation Rules & Conduct

4.1. Students are expected to attend all sessions regularly and actively participate in assignments.
4.2. Any misconduct, use of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the course.
4.3. Students must adhere to the timetable and complete assignments as per the provided schedule.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Course Materials

5.1. All course materials, including videos, notes, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Pranidhaan Foundation.
5.2. Students cannot reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without written permission.
5.3. Any unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

6. Certification & Completion Criteria

6.1. Students who successfully complete the course will receive an official certification from Pranidhaan Foundation.
6.2. Certification is subject to meeting the minimum attendance requirement of 75% and completing all assignments/projects.
6.3. Pranidhaan Foundation reserves the right to withhold certification for students who do not fulfill the requirements.

7. Media & Publicity Consent

7.1. By enrolling in the program, students consent to the use of their photos, videos, and feedback for promotional purposes by Pranidhaan Foundation.
7.2. If a student wishes to opt-out of media usage, they must notify dhvanikaar@gmail.com at the time of registration.

8. Data Privacy & Security

8.1. Personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number) is collected solely for course administration.
8.2. We use Google Analytics for tracking website performance.
8.3. Students can request data deletion by emailing dhvanikaar@gmail.com.

9. Platform Use & Restrictions

9.1. Users agree not to misuse the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
9.2. Any unauthorized access, data theft, hacking, or violation of these terms may result in legal action.
9.3. Pranidhaan Foundation is not responsible for third-party websites linked on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Pranidhaan Foundation is not liable for any losses, damages, or technical issues arising from the use of the Platform.
10.2. In no event shall Pranidhaan Foundation’s liability exceed ₹99, the application fee paid by the student.

11. Termination of Participation

11.1. Pranidhaan Foundation reserves the right to disqualify or terminate a student’s participation for:
✅ Breach of conduct rules
✅ Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
✅ Violation of these Terms & Conditions

11.2. No refunds will be issued in case of termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
12.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

Instructions to Candidates for Dhvanikaar Eligibility Test

Welcome to the Dhvanikaar Learning Program! Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete your eligibility test and take the first step toward an exciting journey in music production, rap lyricism, sound engineering, or DJing.

Step 1: Login and Profile Creation

1. Create Your Account:

o Provide your Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Address, and Contact Details.

o Ensure all details are accurate, as they will be used for future communication.

2. Login Confirmation:

o After submitting your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS. Use the provided credentials to log in and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Pay the Eligibility Test Fee

1. Nominal Fee:

  • A minimal fee of ₹199 is required to appear for the eligibility test.
  • This fee ensures serious participation and contributes to the logistics of conducting the selection process.

2. Secure Payment Gateway:

  • Complete the payment through our secure online payment system. Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
  • Once payment is successful, you’ll be redirected to the eligibility test page.

Step 3: Attempt the Eligibility Test

1. Objective of the Test:

The eligibility test is designed to assess your interest, creativity, and appetite for music. Don’t worry—it’s not about technical expertise but your passion and potential for music.

2. Test Format:

Multiple-choice questions (MCQs): Based on basic concepts of music, creativity, and problem-solving.

Short descriptive questions: Share your thoughts about music, what inspires you, and why you want to join the Rhymicon program.

3. Optional Submission:o Showcase Your Talent:

You can share an audio or video clip of your work. This is optional but highly recommended.

Upload your file in formats like MP3, MP4, or WAV (maximum size: 50MB).

4. Create with Beats:

If you don’t have original work, don’t worry! Download one of the beats provided in the Download Section on the eligibility test form. Use it to create something unique and share your creativity with us.

Step 4: Screening and Next Steps

1. Profile Screening:

Once you’ve completed the eligibility test, your profile, responses, and (if applicable) uploaded work will be reviewed by our team of mentors and industry professionals.

2. Shortlisting:

Candidates who demonstrate the required interest, passion, and potential will be shortlisted for the next round.

Shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation for a Personal Interview (PI) at our studio premises.

3. Personal Interview (PI):

The PI will focus on understanding your aspirations, creative vision, and alignment with the Dhvanikaar program.

Ensure you bring any additional work or projects to showcase during the interview (optional).
